1. What is this?

This FAQ is to help you understand what personal data we have and what we do with it.

2. Who are you?

We are JustPlay, a company that created the game that you are playing.

3. What personal data do you collect?

When you first start playing our games, we may ask you for your age and we will collect your IP address. We will also give you a user ID that we make up.

If you try to use some parts of the game, like to pick your own profile name or to have an open chat with friends (where you can type anything you want), we will ask you for your mom’s, dad’s, or guardian’s email address so we can ask them if it’s ok to let you do that.

If your mom, dad, or guardian tells us it’s ok to let you use these parts of the game, we may ask you for:

•       your first and/or last name;

•       your e-mail address;

•       other information that helps us make sure it’s you;

•       a profile photo;

•       game username(s);

•       a country, state, and/or city where you live;

•       details about your gameplay (like your game progression or rewards earned).

•       chats with other players;

4. What parts of the game need my mom or dad to say yes so I can use them?

Unless your mom, dad, or guardian tell us it’s ok, you can only play our games as a guest. This means that you won’t have an account connected to an email address.

The parts of the game that need your mom, dad, or guardian to tell us it’s ok for you to use are:

 ·     in-app purchases;

·     free chat with friends (where you can type whatever you want);

·     customized game name;

·     friends list.

5. How do you use personal data?

We may use personal data for a lot of things, such as to:

•       create game accounts and allow you to play our games;

•       improve our games

•       let players chat with each other;

•       help you if you have problems with our game and answer questions;

•       protect you and our other players;

•       protect us;

•       fix things in our games or on our sites when they break;

•       show ads.

These are just some examples.

6. Who do you share personal data with?

If your mom, dad, or guardian has told us it’s ok for you to use some parts of the game, we may share personal data with:

·     Playtika Holding Corp. (our parent company) and its subsidiaries (other related companies);

·     other companies that provide services to us;

·     other players;

·     advertising partners.

We also may share personal data if we have to under the law.

7. What are my rights?

Unless your mom, dad or guardian tells us it’s ok to let you use some parts of our game, we will have very little personal data about you. You may ask us to do certain things with the personal data we have, for example to ask us:

•     what personal data we hold about you;

•     to fix anything you think is wrong;

•     to get rid of data;

•     to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

You can submit requests via the Playtika Privacy Portal or through the Support page accessible from within the game. You can ask your parent or guardian to help you submit a request.

8. How long do you keep personal data?

We may keep personal data as long as you play our games and so that we can do the things we need to do for our business, including to provide the games to you and other players.

9. What if things change?

We may change what we do with personal data.  We will tell you about any changes on our website or in the app. If we have your email address, we may also send you an email to tell you about any big changes. If you keep using our games, this will mean you are ok with those changes.

10. What if I have questions?

If you have any questions or want to know more, you can ask your mom, dad, or guardian to contact our DPO at privacy@playtika.com or Chief Privacy Officer,8 Hachoshlim St., Herzliya Pituach 4672408 Israel.
